Cancellation Policy for all other services at Lash Boutique and Salon Nova
We require a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for any service.
If we do not receive 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment , and this happens two occurrences, we reserve the right to ask for you to prepay for your services at the time of scheduling .
We do understand “Life” happens. All situations will be taken into consideration.
If you have cancelled an online purchase or gift card, that will be processed immediately.
